By accessing or using the Celia's Place website located at www.celiasplace.com (the "Site"), purchasing tickets, memberships, or services, or visiting our facility located in Las Vegas, Nevada, you ("Guest" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, guests, and others who access or use our services on behalf of themselves or any minor in their care.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CK Imagination Holdings LLC, dba Celia's Place ("Celia's Place," "we," "us," or "our").
Celia's Place is a children's indoor pretend-play town opening in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2027. Our services include day-pass admissions, birthday party bookings, memberships, seasonal camps, and a parent lounge and café. During our pre-opening period, we collect contact information and booking inquiries only. No services are rendered and no charges are processed until we officially open.
3.1 Permitted Use. You may use this Site for lawful purposes only — to learn about Celia's Place, submit contact inquiries, and explore future booking options. You may not use this Site to transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. We do our best to keep information on this Site accurate and current. Because Celia's Place is in pre-opening development, details including pricing, hours, available services, and facility features are subject to change without notice.
3.3 Third-Party Links. Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.
4.1 Pre-Opening Inquiries. Prior to our official opening, submissions through our Site are inquiries only and do not constitute confirmed reservations. No payment is collected during the pre-opening period.
4.2 Reservations. Once we open, reservations may be required for certain services including birthday parties and seasonal camps. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as applicable.
4.3 Guest Responsibilities. Guests are responsible for providing accurate information when submitting inquiries or making bookings.
4.4 Age and Supervision. Adult supervision requirements will be posted at our facility and on our Site prior to opening. Guests agree to comply with all posted supervision policies.
5.1 Enrollment. A membership begins on the date of purchase and continues on a recurring basis according to the selected plan.
5.2 Cancellation. Members may cancel by providing written notice at least thirty (30) days before the next billing date to [email protected] or 725-255-2265.
5.3 Non-Transferability. Memberships are non-transferable and valid only for the named member(s).
6.1 Deposits. Birthday party bookings require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
6.2 Cancellation by Guest. If you cancel with at least fourteen (14) days' notice, you may reschedule to a new date (subject to availability) without forfeiture of your deposit. Cancellations with fewer than fourteen (14) days' notice forfeit the deposit.
6.3 Cancellation by Celia's Place. If Celia's Place must cancel a confirmed event due to circumstances within our control, we will offer a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no additional charge.
Cancellations made at least fourteen (14) days before the start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made fewer than fourteen (14) days before the start date are not eligible for a refund but may be eligible for a credit at our discretion.
8.1 Assumption of Risk. Participation in play activities involves physical activity and a degree of inherent risk, including the risk of minor injury. By visiting Celia's Place and allowing children in your care to participate, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.
8.2 Release of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, you agree that CK Imagination Holdings LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or harm arising from participation in activities at our facility, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8.3 Supervision. Adults are responsible for the supervision of children in their care at all times. Celia's Place staff are not responsible for providing one-on-one supervision of individual children.
8.4 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CK Imagination Holdings LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our facility or your violation of these Terms.
The safety of every child is our highest priority. You agree to follow all posted safety rules and staff instructions, ensure children in your care are appropriately supervised, and report any hazard or injury to staff immediately. Celia's Place reserves the right to ask any guest to leave for failure to comply with safety rules, without refund.
Guests may take photos and videos for personal, non-commercial use only. Please be respectful of other families. Commercial photography requires prior written consent from Celia's Place. Our staff may photograph activities for marketing use — if you do not wish to be photographed, please notify a staff member.

All content on this Site is the property of CK Imagination Holdings LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Payments are processed through Square. By making a purchase, you agree to Square's terms of service and privacy policy. Celia's Place does not store your full payment card information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
